ISR World Day to start on 3/31

start at 1300 UT on 31 March and  end at 2000 UT on 04 April.

Hi all,

I have decided to trigger the ISR world day campaign. The campaign will be starting Monday March 31 at 12UT.

I am sorry this note didn't come out  5 days in advance due to some discussion on whether this would be a America Sector regional or a global run. As far as I understand, most of the US NSF GeoFacility radars  will be working for five days between Monday (3/31) and Friday (4/4). I would strongly encourage others to do the same or as much as you can, even though the official slot is 4 days. The current prediction for magnetic activity appears to be not strong, but this would be fine for me. I can still pursue my secondary scientific goals. 

Because of triggering this world-day run in the current March-April window, I am not going to propose another World-day run for September. But I will coordinate US radars to conduct a regional experiment.
