Sept 24-29: suggested ISR run dates

Hi all,

I would like to suggest the following dates for our coordinated ISR run: Sept 24-29, starting and ending at 1400UTC. 

I have been watching closely for space weather conditions. This time period is selected because of the possibility of enhanced magnetic activity around Sept 23/ 24  associated with  a solar sector boundary crossing  followed by a co-rotating interaction region (CIR) in advance of a positive polarity coronal hole high speed stream (CH HSS). Also coronal darkening was observed on ~1200UTC Sept 21, indicating a potential CME.
